If your work implies handling numerous directories, you might have already considered finding an efficient way of accessing them effortlessly. Fortunately, you can rely on ln-win, a simple Command Line application that provides you with easy-to-use, efficient functions. No Graphical User Interface (GUI) Given that this utility can be run exclusively from Windows' native command prompt utility, it does not provide you with a Graphical User Interface (GUI). More so, it packs no standard configuration menu, thanks to its high overall simplicity. However, running the command without any valid argument displays a short description of its functions, thus helping you understand its purpose better. Creates symlinks to your folders You can rely on ln-win if you want to create symlinks to folders on your computer in a simple way, as running the ln command along with the required parameters yields the expected feedback instantly. When executing it, this application only requires you to mention a source and a destination path for the symlinks, so that it can generate the desired symlinks for your directories. Unfortunately, it can only process a single folder at a time, so generating multiple items at once is not an available function. Simple Command Line application Although you do not need to install it on your computer, since it is a portable application, it is possible that you can place the executable in the System32 directory under your Windows folder. Performing this action enables you with global access over this utility's features, without having to navigate to its location each time you want to make use of its functions. To wrap it up, ln-win is a simple Command Line application that can help you create symlinks for directories on your computer in a simple, intuitive manner. It comes with no configuration menu, no standard help manual and no Graphical User Interface. However, its functions are easy-to-understand, since operating them requires no advanced configuration.
Creates symlinks to your foldersEvaluation of the impact of tuberculostearic acid (TSA) and RID-03921 on the developmental toxicity of bleomycin in a zebrafish embryo model. Bleomycin (BLM) is a potent anti-cancer drug. Its toxic side effects in the embryo and fetus are attributed to its covalent binding to cellular DNA. Here we report the influence of two BLM metabolites, tuberculostearic acid (TSA) and RID-03921, on the developmental toxicity of BLM in zebrafish embryos. The toxic effects of BLM, RID-03921 and TSA were evaluated on the zebrafish embryo model at a BLM concentration of 1 μM. Drug effects were evaluated at 48 and 96 h post fertilization (hpf) by morphological and biochemical criteria. TSA potentiated the morphological teratogenic effects of BLM. TSA promoted increased malformations and mortality when administered at 9, 24, and 96 hpf. RID-03921 had no toxic effects. Both compounds were effective in enhancing the caspase-3 activity at 24 and 96 hpf as compared to the untreated samples. These findings were validated by the beneficial synergistic effect of TSA and BLM and the antagonistic effects of TSA+RID-03921. Thus, TSA enhanced the toxicity of BLM by promotion of the BLM-DNA cross-linking as the principal mechanism of its toxic effect. On the other hand, RID-03921 did not enhance BLM-induced apoptosis; however, it did reduce the toxic action of BLM.Head and neck cancers (HNC) are the sixth most common form of cancer in North America. Women who are diagnosed with HNC are more likely than men to have the disease at an earlier age and, as a consequence, the disease is more likely to be fatal. Reduced survival rates can be a result of either poor treatment outcomes for women or women’s behaviors. Recent studies suggest that the occurrence of HNC in women may be influenced by social, psychological, and physiological factors related to gender. It is possible that there may be a difference in, and/or factors that can increase or decrease a woman’s risk of, developing HNC. Using the Web-based tool, SurveyMonkey, we will recruit 400 women, aged 22 and older, from the Greater Los Angeles Area and Greater Toronto Area to complete a 12-month web-based diary assessment

User reviews Dumination Software ,10/25/2015 Installation Takes a lot of effort to use It is a very difficult program to work with, since I have been an expert on a GNU/Linux system for many years and I have only recently switched to Windows 10. I don’t know why I agreed to purchase it but I did. Overall it is a great concept, but implementation is poor. The author was quite arrogant in my opinion. Dumination Software ,08/21/2015 Installation Needs help I have used this program for some time and it works really well. But I have to keep the program and its configuration information open in another window because it crashes if I don’t and I have to keep that window open for every command. Also, when I try to install the application in a location other than the default for it to be run, it tries to uninstall it first. Dumination Software ,08/11/2015 Installation It’s not a flag app This tool is really useful. I am currently using DirBuster and am very pleased with it. However, this app doesn’t allow me to specify multiple files which I want to link at once. Additionally, if you try to open a shortcut on your desktop it will ask you to rename it, and if you don’t rename it you’ll have trouble opening it. The base functionality is great, but it’s really rough around the edges.Tag: Anti-Semitism By the time the call for prayer begins, and the city is still in the company of the Sabbath, the
