As the new kid on the Block at the InDesign game, Illustrator has taken the lead as a much-needed vector editing program in the industry. Introduced in 2004, Illustrator has grown and grown until it is now the standard tool for all sorts of creative projects. It supports all the major vector image formats, layers and transparency, retouching tools, and features from Photoshop. It is designed for both beginners and professionals, and it combines many of the greatest features of both Photoshop and InDesign. Like the rest of the Creative Suite, Illustrator is a powerful tool that enables you to create a wide range of graphics, including illustrations, logos, icons, and even vector maps.
Illustrator comes in two editions, CS5 (which includes all its features) and CS6. For the beginner, however, you will want the CS5 version of Illustrator. You can upgrade to CS6 after you get more comfortable with the program and are confident in your design skills.
When creating a graphic in Illustrator, it is important to keep a few things in mind:
* **Layers:** Illustrator comes with 18 preset layer styles, 18 predefined grayscale fills and transparency, and 18 predefined gradients. You can add layers and layer styles to create a more complex design, or simply use the 16 layer styles that come with Illustrator.
* **Color:** Each new layer has a blank color swatch. If you open a color swatch that is already in use, Illustrator asks you whether you want to use that swatch or create a new one. In most cases, it’s better to create a new layer and fill it with color.
* **Templates:** If you want a quick way to create common shapes, such as circles, rectangles, and triangles, it’s much easier to
The most used program for professional graphics editing is Photoshop, the dominant programme in the world. Nowadays, we often hear about the software – sometimes used in combination with Lightroom, photo management software – as one of the most complex programs ever. Photoshop is the preferred program for Photoshop. It’s harder to get around in Photoshop, but many developers specialize and combine it with other programs to accomplish tasks.
We’ll be looking at a number of uses and applications of Photoshop. You can even use Photoshop in conjunction with other programs to create a seamless workflow. You can use Photoshop in many different ways.
Photoshop can be used for countless other purposes. Of course, you can use it as an image editor. With the aid of other programs, Photoshop can be used to create graphic art. Whether you use Photoshop as a design tool or as a design tool, you can use some online resources or your own creativity to come up with something unique.
With some of the vector tools in Photoshop, you can create graphics. When you create basic shapes with vectors, they have no thickness; you can then move and rotate them to create unique pieces of artwork.
When creating graphic art, you have many tools at your disposal. Using some in combination with others can create some very unique designs.
So, what is the best program for graphic design? It depends on what you plan to do. It depends on what kind of work you are planning to do.
Sketch with brushes
If you enjoy drawing, then you can use Photoshop as a sketching tool. One tool that Photoshop has is the Line tool. When you use the Line tool, you can create lines, rectangles and other shapes.
You can use the Line tool to create shapes that you can then move and rotate. You can also create shapes to size or size and move. You can use the Line tool to create circles, lines, rectangles, squares, polygons, or even advanced shapes.
You can use the shape tools to create any type of shape you can imagine. You can also use the shape tools to create more complex shapes. You can also use the shape tools to alter the shape of a predefined form.
The Shape tool is often used for advanced sketching. If you are designing a logo or a brand, you may use the shape tool to create a desired form.
If you don’t have a graphic design

A new high-tech fishing net could help reduce the impact of ocean disasters such as the one that recently hit Japan.
Scientists from the University of North Carolina, US, have developed a device that uses a flimsy tube and a tube from a kite as a scaffold to catch and trap marine creatures.
The UK’s Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council says the design could be used in the future to form “optimal fisheries management” plans.
Japan’s fisheries minister has expressed doubts about the technology.
Edmund Medwin told BBC News that there was a “serious issue” with the technique.
So far it has been used only in a lab and in small scale experiments.
Mr Medwin was quoted as saying: “The basic question is, will this thing actually work? And the answer is no. It’s completely impractical.
“It has to be deployed across hundreds of kilometres and be very deep to work. This catches so little that the problem with Japan was not a small, medium or large amount of fish – it was a lack of big fish.”
Catch and release
The project, called xNautilus, was developed by computer scientists at North Carolina State University.
The researchers said one potential use for the new fish-catching device was to deploy it into the ocean, in a large area, and to then observe what that creates in the ecosystem.
There would be no “catch and release” as there would be no way to tell what it had caught. It could be a “follow-on” application of the natural version of the fishing net.
The new net is made from a fibreglass tube, 1.5cm wide and 40cm long. It is attached to a kite to ensure it is floating.
It catches whatever comes into the device, while a second tube around the first is designed to allow the trapped fish to swim out.
Prof Graham Thornley, who led the research team, told BBC News: “It’s like a big fishing net. You throw it out on the sea, and it will go quite a distance, and whatever is in it can swim up the tube and away.”

How to bring data to my view in.NET Core MVC
I am trying to use a.NET Core MVC application to only show data from my SQL Server database.
Here is my form:
ViewBag.Title = “Index”;
Layout = “~/Pages/Gadgets.cshtml”;
foreach (var p in Model)
@Html.DisplayFor(modelItem => p.Name)
@Html.DisplayFor(modelItem => p.ID)
I am able to have data appear in my table, and the data is not empty, but it does not appear in my view.
Can someone help point out what I am doing wrong?
