Explore for treasure, break crates and barrels, open chests and tombs, but don’t stay still long as enemies will find you. Fight skeletons, shamans, run from chargers and face mini bosses (slayer, lava and acid) all while finding your way out. Be wary as there is something waiting for you at the end of each level trying to ensure you never leave.
Take the gold you earn from collecting treasure to buy new weapons or upgrade your existing ones. You can also by new grenade types and gadgets. Please note there are no real money options or microtransactions in this game.
We highly recommend a joystick with dual analog support.

Steam to me (and most, if not all others) are PC gaming-store-focused. PC gaming is built around games played on physical hard drives, not on cloud servers. That is so even on Steam’s own platform. It is safe to assume that it is what most Valve games such as Portal, Doom, Half-Life, L4D or Team Fortress are.
You bought a game on Steam, Valve added a peristent element ( Steam Cloud) for everything you did on your PC, checked in your game and it was released. That’s a pretty massive difference from a downloadable game. Steam Cloud in the past supported up to 30 people on a game playing from a single account, but now seems to check if you are still logged in the next time and will not transfer your game anymore if a user has not logged in within that time frame.
So, if you play the game only at your PC and don’t want your save files transferred to Steam, all you need to do is to run Steam client, choose ‘Games’ in the top menu bar and choose ‘My Games’ in the left column and click your purchased game in the list there.
