OldCmp allows you to perform a lot of Active Directory cleansing using AD’s core attributes. This tool was written purely for educational use. It was written as a learning tool and was never intended to be used in a production environment. OldCmp has a few limitations, the first is that it will not modify computer accounts. If you have an account that should be deleted, you can use dsget (see below) to do so. It also only works with computers that have been added to the domain. If you want to work on computers that are already members of the domain, you will have to use dsget (see below) to do so. OldCmp has a few features that I am fond of, these features are easily configurable via the command line switches. OldCmp has some of its features based on the filter that is generated.
