Calculate correct ratio of length to other segment of circle (using stroke-dasharray and calc)

I want to draw a segment of a circle that is longer than the other segments of a circle. Here is a screenshot:

What I want to do is to draw a red line that is longer than the other lines:

Red line should be longer by 1.78, if it’s too long it should be 2. The line should fit to the green line. I need to calculate the ratio of length of the red line to a circle.
I try to use this example:
And calc:

}

I know it’s hard to calculate the ratio of length to the circle, especially when calculating with calc, but is there a way to calculate the ratio of length to the circle?

You can make use of the calc() function. See example below:

About the Author:
D. C. Kairi Sawler is the author of adventure games, music, and live shows. He has written adventure games for numerous companies, including Square Enix, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, 3D Realms, and Google. He’s written music for award-winning games including Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and Jedi Academy, and has played music on the reality television show Survivor, as well as in the White House for the Inauguration of President Obama. He has also played guitar in several bands, and toured internationally with a metalcore band and a heavy metal band. Currently, he lives in northern Indiana with his wife, two daughters, and a dog named Alfred.

You can play the game either as one grunt, the squad leader, there are heavy weapons for the squad leader, RPG, and sniper.
Each player has 12 turns to take his action.
Your squad has a Capture-the-flag.
The longer your stay on the flag, the longer the time you will move towards the flag.
Flag = The flag in the middle of the area.
Your first move will be to secure it.
Your second move will be to defend it, the enemy will do the opposite!
A capture of the flag is established when one of the players, either the enemies or allies captures it with the amount of time taking into consideration.
Flag = Offensive team – numbers of: # of players – # of time to capture it.
Flag = Defensive team – numbers of: # of players – # of time to capture it.
Flag = Score is the time you spent on the flag.

Trouble begins as two Viet Cong sub-units board an inland river, a short distance east of the USO’s Landing Zone X-Ray. A UN aircraft is already over the river and starts to lose altitude. As other friendly aircraft responds, they see the point of origin of the Viet Cong as three rafts being propelled by swimmers. As the rafts swing into shore, they are fired upon by the Viet Cong. The Viet Cong have used their speed to gain some ascendancy and a machine gun is soon firing at the UN.
