I used a program called Image rescue.
I think it is developed by some guys at Backblaze or something.
I think that your recovery programme is using some sort of ‘updating’ mechanism for these files.
I’m not 100% sure about this, but from what i can tell, i believe that this mechanism is ‘copying’ files from your recovery drive to the working hard drive, and i believe that this is running constantly in the background of your
