There are three ways to access Photoshop:
File > Open
Photoshop also has a huge library of presets, or pre-made adjustments, that you can apply to your image before you make changes. You can access this option by choosing File > Adjustments > Presets.
An alternative way is to open a Photoshop file as a Photoshop Document. It’s a portable file format that stores the original image data and all of the edits, including changes to the canvas size, pixel and color data.
To open a Photoshop document, select File > Open.
Alternatively, you can save your image as a Photoshop Document and add it to your Photoshop library for easy access later.
A third way to access Photoshop is to use online services. Two of the most useful are Adobe Stock and Adobe Stock Photo. Both give you access to Photoshop-ready images for editing.

The Impact of Postpartum Depression on New Moms
The postpartum depression (PPD) symptoms experienced by new moms–including emotional changes such as low mood, fatigue, thoughts of suicide and a feeling of failure–can affect the newborns of new moms.
One out of every 10 new moms exhibits the typical signs of PPD. However, this number rises to one out of every five for women who have recently given birth. The emotional changes experienced by new moms will not only affect her and her family, but also the newborn infant and mother-infant attachment.
After giving birth, a new mom’s hormones are adjusting and this can lead to the development of postpartum depression. The symptoms of PPD typically appear within the first three to six months of delivery. A new mom’s mood and sleeping pattern will change, and sometimes sleep-related issues can be one of the warning signs.
Unmet emotional needs that are expressed through mood and sleep disorders are extremely common. Since the birth of a newborn, a new mom’s sleep cycle can fluctuate. The amount of sleep needed by a new mom in the first few weeks of life is different than the average sleep cycle. Sleep disorders may cause a change in a new mom’s eating pattern.
A new mom may consume more calories than the average woman in general. This is due to the added work required in caring for a newborn. It is very important that new moms eat a well-balanced diet and they should have a constant source of restful sleep.
Moms who have experienced PPD in the past may already be experiencing the side effects of low mood, fatigue and stress levels. Although it is just normal to feel overwhelmed and tired after the birth of a baby, it may be harder for a new mom to transition back to her normal daily routine and needs.
The new mom should seek support from family and friends as well as professionals in order to address the PPD symptoms. Siblings, in-laws and the baby’s father should be involved in the process. A good support system is of great importance. The support of others and the ability to share milestones with others can reduce the feelings of isolation and help new moms overcome the emotional aspects of PPD.
When a new mom experiences PPD, she needs to rest and recover. A new mom should not be expected to be a super mom overnight. She should make time for herself. Rem
